Unit: God's Plan of Redemption Through History
The lessons in this unit cover the key periods of Old Testament History through a snapshot of a key character of the period. In each lesson, a parallel is drawn between the issues and lessons the Bible character was involved in and similar situations Christian young people face today. While the Bible is not a comprehensive textbook of history, it is a selective history. It records Jehovah God's sovereign control over history and people, particularly the Jewish nation, in order to provide salvation to mankind. From the very beginning, God promised in the Genesis 3:15 to break Satan's hold over men and women through "the seed of the woman."
Our online Bible study lessons make learning fun and practical. Christian youth will profit from hands-on learning activities that get them digging in the Bible to find examples and principles that relate to the practical issues of their own lives.
Good discussion questions lead young people to interact with each other as they discover biblical truth and develop strategies for applying it to their lives. As they actively think and then express biblical ideas and concepts, the young people in your Sunday school or Christian school class will retain the Bible truths they discover and apply.
Each lesson can be purchased individually for $3, or receive one lesson FREE when you purchase this Unit of SIX lessons for $15.
